三条本仓库约束：

每个工具和每个参数都要有能被 tool search 搜到的描述。坑在 docstring 的 Args 合并写法：`limit / offset: Pagination.` 在源码里看着有文档，解析器无法把一行拆给多个参数，上线后描述是空的。一个参数写一行。机检见 `scripts/check_tool_param_descriptions.py`。
列表类工具默认返回精简投影 `fields="compact"`，`fields="all"` 是逃生舱，详情走单独工具；投影助手在 `src/aiteam/mcp/tools/views.py`。
加减 MCP 工具后同步中英文 README 里的工具数，机检按 `@mcp.tool` 实测数硬比对。
