记忆检索走 BM25（`src/aiteam/memory/retriever.py`），没有 embedding、没有向量库。这是刻意选型不是缺口，要改检索方案先在报告里论证，别直接引入 pgvector/Milvus 一类依赖。
`langchain` 系只在 `src/aiteam/orchestrator/` 作可选依赖懒加载，未安装是常态，别当既有基建用。
Prompt 变更在 memo 里记版本号与变更原因；AI 功能的接口变更在报告里点名，便于 Leader 通知前端。
