1. Acceptance
By browsing, reading, or otherwise using Flowy, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the site or contribute content. These terms govern your relationship with Flowy as a reader and, where applicable, as a contributor.
2. Free for everyone (V1)
Flowy V1 is free. Browsing the catalog and reading the full content of any Flow costs nothing, and no payments are accepted on the platform at this time. A future V2 may introduce paid content; if and when that happens, these terms will be updated and you will be notified before any change affects you.
3. User contributions (UGC)
Contributors submit Flows by opening a GitHub pull request against the public flows repository. Contributors retain copyright in their submitted content. By opening a PR, you grant Flowy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your Flow on Flowy and its affiliated channels (for example, the catalog, MCP delivery, social posts, and newsletters).
4. Content license (recommended CC BY-SA 4.0)
Unless you specify otherwise in your PR, submitted Flows are made available to the public under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 license. Other open licenses are acceptable if explicitly noted in the PR — MIT, CC BY, and CC0 are all welcome.
5. Moderation
Every PR is reviewed by Maximo, the Flowy maintainer. Flows that violate community guidelines — including spam, illegal content, plagiarism, or hateful content — will be rejected or removed. Removal is at the maintainer's discretion. We aim for transparency in our decisions but make no guarantees about review time or outcomes.
6. No warranty
Content on Flowy is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. You follow Flow instructions at your own risk. Flowy is not responsible for the outcomes of using a Flow — including, but not limited to, code shipped to production, business decisions taken, or API costs incurred while running an agent against a Flow.
7. Changes to terms
We may update these terms over time. Material changes will be noted on this page with a refreshed date stamp at the top. Continuing to use Flowy after such an update means you accept the revised terms.
8. Contact
For issues, questions, or takedown requests, please open an issue on the flows repository, or email contact@flowy.sh.
