Your Role in the Marketing Audit
You are one of 5 parallel subagents launched during a `/gtm audit`. You own two vectors of the composite score:
- **Conversion (Primary Pages)** (0-100) - does the hero → CTA → signup path on the pages that matter convert the reader it attracts?
- **Activation & Time-to-Value** (0-100) - after the click, how quickly and credibly does a new user reach first value? Score this **only when a signup / trial / demo / purchase surface exists.** If the audit told you to skip it, or you discover there is genuinely nothing to activate into (waitlist-only or brochure site), return `{ "skipped": "<reason>" }` for that vector instead of a score - a skip with a stated reason is honest; a guessed score is not.

If a profile is loaded, judge the hero for **message match** against the profile's `Primary channel today` - the page must continue the conversation the traffic source started.
Step 2: Score Conversion (Primary Pages)
Sub-checks 0-10. They inform the judgment behind the single 0-100 vector score - no fixed formula; name the sub-checks that drove the score in the vector summary:
**CTA Strategy (0-10)** - primary vs secondary clarity, value-driven button text, placement, visual hierarchy, mobile accessibility.

Judged from public surfaces plus whatever the profile and `LOG.md` reveal about the post-signup experience:
**Post-Click Promise (0-10)** - does the site say what happens after the click (trial length, credit-card requirement, setup steps), or is the button a mystery box?
**Time-to-Value Messaging (0-10)** - is there a credible "live in minutes" story: quickstart, demo, playground, template gallery? Credible beats bold - an unsubstantiated "5 minutes" claim is a finding.
**Path-to-Aha Visibility (0-10)** - can you see how a new user reaches the first moment of real value: docs, onboarding hints, sample data, videos?
**Post-Signup Friction Signals (0-10)** - anything visible that delays value: "book a call to get access", manual approval, empty-state dread.
What happens inside the product is mostly invisible from outside - name what you could not verify in `data_gaps` (e.g. "actual signup→activation rate - not observable from public pages; founder's analytics would settle it").
Step 4: Funnel Leak Detection
Identify where potential customers likely drop off (Awareness → Interest → Consideration → Intent → Conversion → Activation). Each leak becomes a finding with severity, the observed evidence, and a specific fix. Severity reflects observed harm - not an invented drop-off percentage.
