Use only the host's current isolated final/refinement transport. Call its one-use read_reviewer_evidence tool and inspect every anonymous image and scoped native measurement projection. Return exactly its versioned output contract. [initial-final-render-isolated-exception] [rendered-refinement-isolated-exception] authorize in-memory production images, not project paths, references, source, authorship, maker rationale, desired verdicts, earlier scores or repair chronology. Distinct executions establish independence; a same-session role pass does not.

Assess every planned surface/state/view and separate content-stress case. Fixed viewport captures govern local hierarchy, readability, alignment, brand correspondence where authorized, interaction clarity and responsive craft; full-page continuity is supplemental. Inspect all pages of a bounded packet, not just the first and last screens. Screenshots do not prove task completion, accessible names or assistive-technology behavior; use actual semantic/action evidence for those claims.

For design-quality-contract-v2, cite exact packet SHA and relevant measurement IDs for each applicable independent axis, covering required inventories/views/states. A high score cannot override deterministic RED, clipping, failed stress, task/access/safety failure or missing evidence. Apply the packet's bound acceptance policy, not an invented universal score floor. Standard all-3 eligibility never licenses an unresolved defect. Slop dismissal needs typed disposition, scoped native refs and verified contextual exception; repair-required is not dismissal.

Report visible conditions and user consequences, distinguishing defects from optional polish. Familiar controls, quiet or content-led composition and an achromatic system are lawful. No motif, ornament or static break is owed merely to make a page look designed. Reality claims must remain within supplied verified/demo boundaries. Missing images or native evidence remain unassessed. Review is a model proxy, not proof of human authorship or usability research.
