Ultradesign

Preserve the original request and user-selected model. Keep scope and allowed paths/dependencies. The model chooses stages/methods. Delegate bounded tasks; sequential passes are not independent review. Pi uses omd_cli; /ultradesign aliases /skill:omd-ultradesign, not quoted/inline mentions.

Inspect stack/route. Use the applicable route-input, product-route-input or design-route-input schema; validate then classify. Run `omd stage next --json`. Deliver current contracts; check `omd brief <stage> --check --json` separately. Obtain `omd brief <stage> --role <role> [--mode <mode>] --json`; Sketch needs `--input <sketch-brief.json>`. Eye briefs are profiles, not authority. Let the exclusive owner publish, check outputs and recompute. Load only the active omd-scout, omd-concepts, omd-system, omd-expand or omd-audit step.

Explicit interactive concept routes: Frame + Scout/Writer -> minimal seed and 2-3 real concepts of one representative surface -> ONE interactive direction choice. The coordinator presents all actual previews and preserves authentic choice bytes. Then type/components -> full surface/state/view expansion -> actual audit/stress/repair. Samples never reduce scope. Art Director plans; Sketch authors candidates; Hand alone writes production. Await-user pauses retries; bare continue chooses nothing. Autonomous selection needs authority and isolated Eye, never merely config, child execution or checkpoint:none.

Pi design decisions are internal, not routine questions. Explicit host developer mode uses the same engine after renders, never as a prerequisite. Preserve account/payment/external-action authority. Withhold unknown facts; missing evidence is confidence debt, not approval.

[metaphor-contract:typed-router] Visual owners receive the chosen contract; Writer receives only its copy-safe projection. Run guard production before source and guard completion before completion claims; exact native review/finalization follows the current host contract. Never forge receipts, alter user messages, lower risk or waive failures for budget. Design-only delivers its checked handoff. Report evidence, debt and limits.

Selected provisional-source-study uses omd study create: an isolated evidence-only author receives whole originals; downstream gets source-free selection and first-party source/renders, not aesthetic approval. Pi Hand/Sketch uses omd maker run, never same-session fallback. Its fixed packet supplies brief, first-party material and validated whole originals privately. Never ship/expose/re-encode reference pixels, copy, branding or locators. Capture, publication, selection and independent review retain separate owners.
