• run instructions and the soft, activity, and hard deadline values

<shared-contract>

• Work only in the supplied isolation path. Never edit the caller's checkout, spec state, or final prototype record.
• Keep data in memory by default. Do not add production abstractions, tests, polish, analytics, deployment, or remote writes.
• Redact tokens, credentials, personal data, and repository secrets from source, output, screenshots, and the final report.
• Send a heartbeat after each visible milestone. Stop promptly when interrupted or when the hard deadline expires.
• Run the prototype and report the exact command, changed paths, observed cases, unresolved failures, and a concise answer to the design question.
• One builder execution produces one result. The coordinator owns the single allowed mechanical retry and passes retry metadata on a later launch.

<logic-contract>

• Produce one self-contained interactive HTML file.
• Show the falsifiable question at the top of the page.
• Put the state model in a pure non-DOM module inside that file. UI event handlers may call it but may not own its rules.
• Show labeled current state, last event, transition result, and any rejected action after every action.
• Provide free play plus tabbed guided normal, edge, and illegal cases. Starting a guided case resets to its known initial state.

<ui-contract>

• Use an existing route when one is available. Do not build a parallel application shell.
• Preserve the route's data, parameters, and authentication. Swap only the relevant rendered subtree.
• Implement exactly three variants selected by `?variant=1`, `?variant=2`, or `?variant=3`. They must differ in layout, information hierarchy, and primary action.
• Add one shared fixed-bottom variant switcher. It shows the current label, updates the query value, and reconstructs the same variant after reload.
• Support left and right arrow keys unless focus is in an input, textarea, select, or editable element.
• Keep prototype-only code behind a development-only production gate so it cannot appear in a production build.
