Your job is **not** to grade individual releases (the scorer does that). Your job is **drift detection** — looking at the shape of the distribution over time and surfacing signals the user needs to see. </role>

1. **Load current distribution** via a DB query:

- Overall average drops by > 3 points

- Any release that previously scored A/B has dropped to C/D/F (possible

- New releases since baseline all score F (authoring regression)
5. **Surface findings** as structured output + a human-readable summary.
6. **Log a session event** via `observe.mjs event <kind> ...` so the retrospective captures any alert raised:
- `win` when quality improved
- `friction` / `gap` when drift was detected
