Procedure

1. Read the plan end-to-end. Understand what it delivers. 2. Ask: what would make this outcome dramatically more valuable?

• Could the same code serve a broader use case?
• Could the architecture enable something the plan doesn't envision?
• Is there a different framing that multiplies impact?

3. If a 10x-better approach exists, write a SHORT alt-plan with the key delta. 4. If no amplification is possible, say "Plan already maximizes outcome for scope."
