Parse $ARGUMENTS for which docs to generate:

`all` — ARCHITECTURE.md + API_ENDPOINTS.md + DATABASE_SCHEMA.md
`architecture` — ARCHITECTURE.md only
`api` — API_ENDPOINTS.md only
`database` — DATABASE_SCHEMA.md only

Default: detect what's needed based on project type.
