Pass the arguments to the skill. The skill handles install detection, version-range guard, `clawpatch init` (when `.clawpatch/` absent), the `.clawpatch/.gitignore` skeleton, the provider-free `clawpatch map --source heuristic` default invocation, and the result summary.
