/checkmcp — check and install 1C MCP servers

To connect already installed servers and memory to a new repository, use `/setupmcp` (`content/commands/setupmcp.md`). It collects their actual endpoints and writes project connections; `/checkmcp` keeps MCP configs read-only.

Load `content/rules/mcp-deployment.md`. Use recorded full client URLs in every deployment mode, including custom local ports and shared Debian/Ubuntu hosts. Remote services require no local Docker/Desktop/WSL. Docker inspection/start runs only against the verified owning host/context; without that access report container state as unverified and continue client endpoint checks. Never allocate new ports during diagnosis of an existing service. Catalog ports are only candidates when no installation mapping exists, never replacements for custom managed endpoints. A proxy's client port need not equal the container's published host port.

This command checks that all MCP servers from the project catalog (`content/mcp-servers.json`; after 1c-rules installation, rendered into the active tool config such as `.cursor/mcp.json` / `.mcp.json` / `.kilo/kilo.json` / `opencode.json` / `.codex/config.toml` / `.qwen/settings.json` / `.kimi-code/mcp.json` / `.zcode/config.json` under `mcp.servers` / `mimocode.json` under `mcp`) are actually available in the current session, and helps start or install missing ones. Config file, top-level key and per-server shape per client — including the Kilo legacy `.kilocode/mcp.json` warning and the OpenCode `onec-` key rule — are owned by `/installmcp` → *Step 7. Per-client MCP config*; `install.ps1` renders the same placement. This command only reads those files.

**External MCP installation (INSTALL.md, режим 3).** If `.ai-rules.json` has `integrations.mcp.mode = "external"` (or the env `BASESAI_MCP_GLOBAL_ROOT` points at a folder with `install.manifest.json`), the server set, ids, urls, and ports come from the **actual install artifacts**, not from the catalog or the default table below: read `install.manifest.json`, resolve paths via its `artifacts` / `consumers` / `resolution` contract (legacy manifest without `schema_version` → schema-v1 defaults: registry at `<GLOBAL_ROOT>/projects.registry.json`, global servers in `%USERPROFILE%/.cursor/mcp.json`, project servers in `<path_code>/.cursor/mcp.json`), then merge global + project `mcpServers` (project keys win on duplicate id). Client ports are parsed **only from each server's full URL**, preserving its host, scheme and path; Docker container names come from the registry's project row (`containers.*`). The `mcp:install_forme` section of `USER-RULES.md` holds the rendered tables as a convenient cache. Managed installs likewise retain actual endpoints; the catalog is only a source of default candidates.

The source of truth for images, ports, and environment variables is [docs.onerpa.ru/mcp-servery-1c](https://docs.onerpa.ru/mcp-servery-1c) and [vibecoding1c.ru/mcp_server](https://vibecoding1c.ru/mcp_server).

> Exact image names may differ by version. If `docker pull` fails with `manifest unknown`, check the current list at [docs.onerpa.ru/mcp-servery-1c/servery.md](https://docs.onerpa.ru/mcp-servery-1c/servery.md).

> **One channel — stable.** Since 27.09.2026 the images are published only as `latest` (above), `light` and `arm64` (the variant tags; Syntax has no `light`). The former beta images became these tags; `*-beta` tags are no longer published or supported. `/checkmcp` never changes a tag; it only reports the tag each container actually runs. A container on a `*-beta` tag, or on an image created before 27.09.2026, is outdated: the fix is `/updatemcp`, following the upgrade table of the distribution's `INSTALL.md` (new keys, index folders).

> **Templates authentication.** `templatesearch`, `recall`, `list_templates`, `get_template`, and `plugin_state` are read-only. Current `remember` is always registered and needs no operator token or write-tools opt-in. Only `add_template` and `plugin_reload` are conditional mutations: they require write tools enabled and an `Authorization` bearer header from `MCP_OPERATOR_TOKEN`. Their absence alone is not `TOOLS_MISSING`; `mutation_auth_required` on a gated call means repair that connection, never restart or regenerate data blindly. Older deployments may differ: report the observed surface and memory-write availability separately.

> `edt-mcp` is **out of scope for this command**. It is not a container and not part of the bundle: the plugin runs inside 1C:EDT itself and exists only in projects with `.dev.env` `USE_EDT=true`. Do not add it to the catalog above,
