GitHub Issues Management

Create, search, triage, and manage GitHub issues. Each section shows `gh` first, then the `curl` fallback.

Prerequisites

• Authenticated with GitHub (see `github-auth` skill)
• Inside a git repo with a GitHub remote, or specify the repo explicitly
