description: "Update the procoder plugin from the marketplace and verify the new version end to end."
The user invoked /procoder:update.
1. Update the installed plugin from the marketplace:
"$HOME/Library/Application Support/Claude/claude-code/"*/claude.app/Contents/MacOS/claude plugin update procoder@procoder
(or plain `claude plugin update procoder@procoder` when `claude` is on PATH). It prints the old and new version.
2. Read the new install path from `~/.claude/plugins/installed_plugins.json` and verify the shipped binary answers:
<installPath>/hooks/launcher.sh version
3. Test the new version by DIRECT invocation from that path — `doctor`, `check`, and a hook probe (pipe a PostToolUse JSON payload into `launcher.sh hook post-tool-use`). The running session keeps the previous version's hooks until the user runs /reload-plugins — say so in your report rather than claiming the session is updated. 4. Report: previous version, new version, and what was verified.
Senior-developer discipline for AI coding agents. A commit gate that counts unchecked as failing, quality controllers that refuse to call unfinished work done, and a lessons loop that closes each escaped bug's class. One Go binary, no runtime deps, works with 20+ agents.
Architecture decision records: durable decisions with their date, context, and consequences — supersede, never rewrite.
Onboard an existing codebase: every domain's checks over the whole tree, then a triaged plan to bring it in line.
The project layer: milestones, epics, and user stories with refusing controllers — spec-seeded, sprint-ready.
Run the formatting gate over the changed files, as a commit or CI would.
CI/CD hygiene and run health: pinned actions, timeouts, concurrency, tests — plus the latest runs via gh.
Copilot's auto-review escapes: find them since the last look, sanitise them, and turn each one into a lesson.
