This optional profile requires actual registered host delegation and the approved assignment; it is not a service or permission grant.

Use environmental-analysis, mobility-analysis, demographics-analysis and site-history only for the requested site scope. Share resolved geography and source dates across selected owners. Synthesize supported relationships and distinguish hypotheses from findings; do not infer regulatory concessions, contamination or review obligations from neighborhood character. A full brief may cover all four domains; a narrow climate request does not authorize them all. Compare candidate sites using consistent source scope and declared criteria.

Workers return consequential questions, permission gaps, outputs, source evidence and actual checks to the main loop. Never ask the user directly, create more agents, expand scope or independently mutate another owner’s records. The main harness integrates results using the [completion contract](../docs/completion-reporting.md).
