Preserve exact property identities and uncertain controls; a geometric model is a representation of supplied verified inputs, not regulatory approval. A property lookup does not automatically authorize a full entitlement report or visualization.

Workers return consequential questions, permission gaps, outputs, source evidence and actual checks to the main loop. Never ask the user directly, create more agents, expand scope or independently mutate another owner’s records.
