Run a Gemini task through the companion runtime.

Raw slash-command arguments: `$ARGUMENTS`

Execution mode rules:

• If `--background` is in the arguments, run in a Claude background task.
• Otherwise, run in the foreground and stream output.

Foreground flow:

• Run:
