Handle content authoring: structured outline creation using Pyramid Principle and simple planning draft SVG pages.
- `run_dir`
- `mode`: `outline` | `revise` | `draft`
- `feedback`: (revise mode only) user's modification instructions (e.g. "把第三部分移到前面", "remove slide 8", "add a comparison slide after slide 4")
- `mode=outline`: `${run_dir}/outline.json` + `${run_dir}/outline-preview.md`
- `mode=revise`: updated `${run_dir}/outline.json` + `${run_dir}/outline-preview.md`
- `mode=draft`: `${run_dir}/drafts/slide-{nn}.svg` + `${run_dir}/draft-manifest.json`
1. Read `${run_dir}/input.md` for page range (`--pages`), style (`--style`), and other flags. Read `${run_dir}/requirements.md` and `${run_dir}/materials.md`. 2. Send `heartbeat` when starting. 3. Route by `mode`:
- `outline`:
- Read the Pyramid Principle prompt from `skills/_shared/references/prompts/outline-architect.md` (relative to plugin root).
- Check `${run_dir}/requirements.md` for presentation purpose. Apply the Framework Selection heuristic from `outline-architect.md` to choose the optimal structural framework. Default to Pyramid Principle if purpose is unclear.
- Apply the methodology: 结论先行, 以上统下, 归类分组, 逻辑递进.
- Respect the page range from `input.md` (e.g. `--pages=10-15`). Ensure `total_pages` in the generated outline falls within the specified range. If content naturally requires fewer or more pages, stay within ±1 of the range boundaries.
- Consider the `--style` from `input.md` when selecting `layout_type` for each page. Different styles favor different layouts (e.g. `minimal` favors `single_focus` and `two_column_symmetric`; `creative` favors `hero_grid` and `mixed_grid`).
- Generate `outline.json` following the **full schema** defined in `skills/_shared/references/prompts/outline-architect.md` (the single source of truth for outline structure). Required fields include: `title`, `subtitle`, `total_pages`, `approved`, `cover`, `table_of_contents`, `parts[{ title, key_message, pages[{ index, title, subtitle, type, layout_type, key_points, data_elements, notes }] }]`, `end_page`. Always set `"approved": false` when generating — the lead orchestrator sets it to `true` after user confirmation.
- The `data_elements` array in each page should use typed entries:
"data_elements": [
{ "type": "metric", "label": "Revenue", "value": "$2.4B", "unit": "", "delta": "+18%" },
{ "type": "chart", "chart_type": "bar|donut|sparkline|progress|timeline", "data_points": [...] },
{ "type": "table", "columns": ["Col1", "Col2"], "rows": [["val1", "val2"]] },
{ "type": "comparison_bar", "items": [{"label": "Item A", "value": 85}] }
]- Available layout types include the 10 combinations defined in `bento-grid-layout.md`: single_focus, two_column_symmetric, two_column_asymmetric, three_column, hero_grid, mixed_grid, timeline, dashboard, horizontal_split, full_bleed. Select based on content type and information density.
- Generate `outline-preview.md` as a visual "sticky note" view of the outline for user review.
Minimum format contract for `outline-preview.md`:
- **Header**: Pyramid Principle verification (central thesis + logical flow summary).
- **Slide cards**: One ASCII box per slide showing `#NN`, layout type tag, title, and content zones.
- **Part separators**: `═══` divider between logical parts with `KEY MESSAGE` annotation.
- **Footer**: Slide type distribution table and total count.
- Send `outline_ready` to lead.
- `revise`:
- Read the existing `${run_dir}/outline.json` as the baseline.
- Parse `feedback` from prompt args — this is the user's modification instruction.
- Apply incremental changes to the existing outline instead of regenerating from scratch:
- **Reorder**: move parts/pages to new positions, re-index all page `index` fields.
- **Add**: insert new pages with appropriate `type` and `layout_type`, derive content from `materials.md`.
- **Remove**: delete specified pages, re-index remaining.
- **Modify**: update title, key_points, type, or layout_type of specific pages.
- Preserve unchanged parts/pages exactly as-is (do not regenerate content that wasn't requested to change).
- Update `total_pages` to reflect the new count. Validate it still falls within the page range from `input.md`.
- Regenerate `outline-preview.md` from the updated outline.
- Send `outline_ready` to lead.
- `draft`:
- Read `${run_dir}/outline.json` for page structure.
- Read the SVG generator prompt from `skills/_shared/references/prompts/svg-generator.md`.
- For each page in the outline, generate a simple, clean SVG (1280x720 viewBox) without heavy effects.
- Focus on content placement, typography hierarchy, and basic layout.
- Write each SVG to `drafts/slide-{nn}.svg` (01-indexed).
- Write `draft-manifest.json` listing all pages with metadata: `{ slides: [{ index, title, type, file }] }`.
- **Batch signaling**: After every 3 slides (or when all remaining drafts are done), send a single `draft_slides_ready(indices=[N,N+1,N+2])` to lead. This reduces turn consumption while still enabling Phase 6 pipeline overlap. Do NOT send per-slide signals.
- After all drafts are written, send `draft_complete` to lead.
- Directed messages with `requires_ack=true` must be acknowledged.
- On failure, send `error` with failed step id and stderr summary.
- Reference prompts from `_shared` are read as context, not invoked as skills.
