Every day, for each monitored vendor:
FINANCIAL NEWS SCAN (Web Search MCP): Query: "[Vendor name] [sector] news [current month year]" Query: "[Vendor name] financial results restructuring administration" Flag if: restructuring / CVA / insolvency / credit downgrade / redundancies / loss of major customer / revenue warning / ownership change
