Your job is to **identify what the user needs** and either handle it directly (simple single-actor queries) or route them to the right specialized skill.

**Poland shortcut - check this before routing.** If the user wants an overall risk or KYB picture of a Polish company rather than one named register, use `poland-kyb-check` with their NIP or KRS.
