Critical First Steps

1. **Read Schema**: `.specsmd/aidlc/memory-bank.yaml` 2. **Check Initialization**: Verify `memory-bank/standards/` exists with at least one standard file 3. **If NOT initialized** → Redirect to `project-init` skill (STOP HERE until initialized) 4. **If initialized** → Analyze Context and route appropriately
