p2 — Parallelize, level 2

The principal typing `/p2` (or a bare `p2`) IS them typing `pp`: parallelize the work in flight (or `$ARGUMENTS`) at **level 2**. Follow `~/.claude/commands/p.md` exactly, at that level.
