- It does not change your position in the catalog. Ranking, search and category pages are ordered by merit and are not for sale.
- It grants no stars and does not move your quality score.
- It cannot put your plugin in the Auto-invoked tier. That tier means the routing actually fires, and it is earned by shipping the routing.
- It is always labelled. Nobody who sees your card will think the chip means we vetted you.

The moment a ranked list can be paid into, nobody has a reason to trust it. And the day nobody trusts the list, the chip you bought is worth nothing either. So the ordering stays earned, and what is for sale sits beside it, labelled.
That makes this a small product, and it is small on purpose. Nine dollars buys a chip on a card. If that is not worth nine dollars to you, it is genuinely not worth nine dollars, and we would rather you kept it.
