Call the tinyplace `sessions` tool and report each session's label (e.g. `claude:1`), whether it is this session (`self`), and its pid/cwd. Explain that a peer can direct a message to a specific session by passing `to_session` to the `send` tool. If no agent is active, tell me to select one with `use` first.
