Important Rules

1. **Read the code thoroughly** - Accuracy is critical 2. **Structure consistently** - Use clear headings and sections 3. **Include examples** - Show how to use the code 4. **Document exceptions** - What can go wrong and how to handle it 5. **Document the source set** - State the system, object type, main object, and includes/classes inspected. 6. **Use exact citations** - Cite object and line/range for every important behavior, input, dependency, message, and side effect. 7. **Separate knowns from gaps** - Use `Confirmed`, `Inferred`, and `Unknown` sections when evidence is incomplete. 8. **Never invent API details** - Do not create parameters, exceptions, tables, examples, or business meaning not present in the source or tool output. 9. **Prioritize operational truth** - Call out destructive writes, commits, authorization gates, file/GUI requirements, background limitations, and error handling. 10. **Keep examples faithful** - Only include runnable examples when the exact signature and required values were verified.
